MEET THE BUILDER: Steve has been an entrepreneur his entire professional career. Having had the honor to work along-side his Uncle, David Swain at Swain & Associates, he has learned a method of doing business that maintains integrity and carries on the family’s development efforts on the Coast of North Carolina. With an Applied Mathematics’ degree from Davidson College, Steve has an insight into the economics and value of building houses while preserving a desire to serve his client’s first.
Steve is an active board member of The Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association. He also has the pleasure of serving on The Board of Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity.
MEET THE BUILDER: Sean has spent his last 15 years in the construction industry and excels at site work, foundation construction, masonry and concrete design, along with a strong style of management. His no nonsense approach to getting a job done timely, properly, and efficiently allows Coastal Cypress to not only deliver some of the highest quality houses in town but also the cleanest job sites you will find.
Sean and his wife Katie are raising three young boys ready to follow in their Uncle’s and Father’s footsteps. You will always be able to count on Sean for an honest direct answer in a respectful manner.
